Mika - Main character. She is a 20-year-old student at the Starving-Rich-Kids Tech University. She is certainly not rich though. Mika could be just your average Hachi female college student, but is actually smarter than your average person. She has her own ideas about how the world works. As of Spring 2006 she is officially a stoner xD ....but people say stoner like it's a bad thing.

Ashton - Ashton is one of Mika's best friends and a great influence in her life. They met in Japanese class! She is into stuff like Sacred Geometry, gothic art, paintings, Tool, etc. In fact, she is an Art major. She is in a very long term relationship with Ren and lives with him.

Seichi - Seichi is Mika's best guy friend, almost like a brother, and even ex-boyfriend. They met back in their senior year in high school at work and attend the same university. This guy is a little shy but he's a great friend, crazy at times, likes to drink and smoke cigarrettes, likes to babble when high and is a video-editing nerd!

Jin - This guy is Seichi's best friend, he is also a friend of Mika's but they are not as close as Seichi and Mika are. Mika tends to look after him as if she was his mom sometimes...because in all honesty, we do wonder about this guy, he's kind of an air-head. He is also Haibuki's roomate and band member. Oh, they went to the same high school too. Haibuki - Haibuki is one of Mika's acquaintances (fuck, I don't remember how to spell that) from high school. He also attents Starving Tech University but they rarelly see/spot each other (Tech is a huge school). He is the guitarrist and lead singer of dark underground, a local rock band. He is outgoing, crazy at times, careless, but seems to have a softer side to him that he never shows. Or so he makes everyone think.
